You will find our takeaway deli counter tucked away in the corner of our main shop and it showcases a range of locally sourced food and drinks available to eat on site or take home. We currently stock homemade pies, quiches, cakes and tray bakes range. Sandwiches, hot dogs, baked potatoes and Potters Picnic packs are all available to enjoy on site in our many outdoor areas, or in our Potter’s Play Tunnel. Takeaway food options will be practical to enjoy while you walk around our gardens, ensuring they are healthy and fresh daily.
In addition to the takeaway counter we have a beautiful shop counter for all your pantry needs. As well as all the leading brands you may expect including Cottage Delight, Hider and Mrs. Bridges you’ll find local produce and alcohol. If you are looking for a treat then this is the place to come! Everything from fudge to biscuits, homemade cakes, sweets, preserves, cheese, chutneys and more. There is something to tempt every taste bud.

Moo’s Ice Cream Bar is now open and is home to an extensive ice cream collection, waffles, pancakes, milk shakes and a Mr. Whippy machine.
Open 11am until 5pm weekends and school holidays, is dog friendly and is the perfect place for all your sweet treat fixes!

At present our items advertised in our online shop are currently only available for local delivery within the North East. There is also a minimum spend requirement of £30 per delivery.
Once your order has been placed we will contact you to arrange delivery via our own delivery service. We aim to pick, pack and despatch your order as soon as possible once we receive it. On acceptance by us of your Order Form we will advise you by e-mail confirmation of the intended delivery date.
We will process Order Forms received on weekends or Public Holidays the next working day. When placing your order you shall be required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. By clicking on the ‘complete order’ button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions.
When placing your order you are able to specify further delivery information using the ‘Delivery Notes’ field provided. This is intended to provide further guidance to the party delivering your order which isn’t included within your address information, for example to specify floor number access information. We reserve the right to not action any delivery requests specified in this field which we deem unacceptable and will use other elements of address information provided elsewhere on the order form to fulfill your order.
All Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without notice where appropriate, however if your items is a specific design we would contact you to inform you of any issues. In the event that we are unable to supply the Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
