We have ample free car parking for our customers to use. There are spaces dedicated for disabled badge holders located near the entrance to the Garden Centre for our less mobile customers. We kindly ask that you park with consideration to other vehicles, and we accept no responsibility or liability for any damages while parked on our premises.
We have one wheelchair available for our customers to use. It is available on a first-come a first-served basis and therefore cannot be booked. To avoid disappointment, we suggest that where possible, wheelchair owners should bring their own.
Our Centre is wheelchair and pushchair accessible throughout and we have a spacious disabled toilet facility located next to our restaurant and also in our gardens. We have also created a wooden walkway around our garden beds so our disabled visitors can enjoy the beautiful views of our gardens up close.
Did you know Lanchester Garden Centre is dog friendly? Pooches are welcome across our entire site. We have drinking bowls located across the site to ensure they stay hydrated.
Our deli is a great place to pick up some homemade treats and drinks to enjoy with your four-legged friends in the garden and grounds.
While we fully welcome well-behaved furry friends please remember:
• Dogs are permitted in our Greenhouse Restaurant.
• We have an outdoor patio where you can enjoy takeaway produce with your pooch.
• Dogs aren’t permitted within Potter’s World (including Potter’s Tropical Village).
• Dogs must remain on the lead at all times when visiting.
• Please ensure any foul in our grounds is cleared and disposed of appropriately.
Toilets & Baby Change
Our toilet facilities are located next to Potters World in the outdoor area as well as in our Restaurant. There is a spacious Baby Changing facility, large enough for parents and small children. There is also a designated baby feeding room located in our restaurant.
Delivery Service
Lanchester Garden Centre offers a local delivery service within 25 miles of Lanchester or further by arrangement. There is a charge per delivery but once you have paid this you we can deliver items of your choice with a minimum of £30 spend. We do not have a specific day for a set area, we try to be as flexible as possible and fit in with our customer needs but usually deliveries are made Friday evening or Saturday mornings.
Carry To Car Service
We are always readily available to assist you in getting your purchases safely to your car. Please ask a member of staff should you need any help.
One of the greatest garden centres in the North east by far, a treasure chest of quirky must have items, food to die for, but this is no ordinary garden centre you have Potters world for approx £4 entry this is a must visit for adults and children alike for a mind blowing day out. What a hidden gem, do not put off visiting this magical world of pure beauty it will take your breath away.
We bought a Summerhouse from Lanchester Garden Centre. Customer service was second to none, built on the site by their team who were fabulous. Such good quality, I absolutely love it. If anyone wants a high quality, brilliantly priced summerhouse, this is the place to go.
Came with our 20 month old grand-daughter who loved Potters World and they have the best children’s play area I have been to. Food was delicious. There is something here for young and old. We will be coming back and would definitely recommend a visit.

At present our items advertised in our online shop are currently only available for local delivery within the North East. There is also a minimum spend requirement of £30 per delivery.
Once your order has been placed we will contact you to arrange delivery via our own delivery service. We aim to pick, pack and despatch your order as soon as possible once we receive it. On acceptance by us of your Order Form we will advise you by e-mail confirmation of the intended delivery date.
We will process Order Forms received on weekends or Public Holidays the next working day. When placing your order you shall be required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. By clicking on the ‘complete order’ button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions.
When placing your order you are able to specify further delivery information using the ‘Delivery Notes’ field provided. This is intended to provide further guidance to the party delivering your order which isn’t included within your address information, for example to specify floor number access information. We reserve the right to not action any delivery requests specified in this field which we deem unacceptable and will use other elements of address information provided elsewhere on the order form to fulfill your order.
All Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without notice where appropriate, however if your items is a specific design we would contact you to inform you of any issues. In the event that we are unable to supply the Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
