All our dishes are freshly prepared and cooked to order by our head chef and his team. Our signature dish is our Greenhouse Breakfast, not forgetting our Sunday Lunch which is also popular with our regulars. We can cater for larger groups, coach trips or just a social gathering.
Please note bookings can be made for dining after 3pm, we operate a walk in service throughout the day with a Buzzer system to allow you to browse while you wait.
Please note we can not guarantee that any of our dishes do not contain traces of allergens- because all of our food is freshly made in the same kitchen on site. Every effort however is made to avoid cross contamination during the food preparation and serving process.
The Gluten Free meals on our menu are made with ingredients which do not intentionally contain gluten. However, we handle gluten-containing ingredients in our kitchens, so cannot guarantee 100% “Free From”, therefore, these meals may not be suitable for people with Coeliac Disease.
Our restaurant is family orientated and includes a dedicated children’s area, with child-friendly chairs and tables, plus toys aplenty, so all the family will enjoy themselves. We also have a dedicated changing/feeding room available for your convenience. We proudly offer Ellas Kitchen Weaning Menu also to ensure even the smallest feel included and relaxed in our restaurant.

We also offer a small private dining area that seats 14. Our greenroom also has access to our outdoor terrace which is the perfect place for an occasion or family celebration where you’ll see panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
Baby showers are a wonderful way to treat a Mum to be, they are the perfect way to gather friends and family to share share in the joy or perhaps reveal the baby’s gender.
You can choose from a themed Afternoon Tea of either Pink, Blue or a mixture of both.
You’ll be served a Chef’s selection of finger sandwiches in a mixture of white or brown bloomer (Gluten Free bread available upon request). Fruit scone with Strawberry or Raspberry Jam and Rodda’s clotted cream or cheese scone with butter, themed cheesecake, Cake Pops and Brownie
Our Afternoon Tea includes the choice of a regular Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Lemonade, Pepsi or Tango.
We’ll try our best to cater for special diets, allergies and intolerances but unfortunately we are unable to guarantee 100% free from due to the fact food is prepared in a multi-ingredient environment. (please mention at the time of booking as allergen requests
can’t be catered for on the day of arrival).

All Baby Showers must be booked in advance and will take place in our private
Greenroom (subject to availability) with access to a private outdoor balcony, designed
for up to 2.5 hours, maximum 14 guests per booking

Booking Terms
A £5.00 deposit per person is payable at the time of booking. 1 week prior to booking full pre-order and pre-payment to be taken and final numbers to be confirmed. A key contact is required for your party and all arrangements will be made through this contact.
Changes and Cancellations
We realise that sometimes your plans may change and we will do our upmost to accommodate this however the following terms will apply: Cancellations with more than 7 days in advance – a full refund will be given. Cancellations with between 7 and 3 days – no refund due but booking is transferable to an alternative date subject to availability. Cancellations within 3 days – loss of deposit and full payment and the booking is non-transferable to an alternative date.
In warmer months why not dine outside and take in the breathtaking views, when you sit back and relax on our garden patio- this area is also suitable for dogs. For beautiful Autumnal mornings our patio also has heaters and blankets – ideal for those cosy evenings.

At present our items advertised in our online shop are currently only available for local delivery within the North East. There is also a minimum spend requirement of £30 per delivery.
Once your order has been placed we will contact you to arrange delivery via our own delivery service. We aim to pick, pack and despatch your order as soon as possible once we receive it. On acceptance by us of your Order Form we will advise you by e-mail confirmation of the intended delivery date.
We will process Order Forms received on weekends or Public Holidays the next working day. When placing your order you shall be required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. By clicking on the ‘complete order’ button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions.
When placing your order you are able to specify further delivery information using the ‘Delivery Notes’ field provided. This is intended to provide further guidance to the party delivering your order which isn’t included within your address information, for example to specify floor number access information. We reserve the right to not action any delivery requests specified in this field which we deem unacceptable and will use other elements of address information provided elsewhere on the order form to fulfill your order.
All Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value and quality without notice where appropriate, however if your items is a specific design we would contact you to inform you of any issues. In the event that we are unable to supply the Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
